Building Teams with Habitat for Humanity

5.12 Solutions partners with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver to provide teams the opportunity to interact with an actual construction project. Combined with rich training content, this team building program creates an experience for participants to enhance their "soft skills" while serving the community in a tangible manner. The hands-on construction activities generate creative and innovative discussion that enables participants to make timely and meaningful changes in both their personal and professional lives; while enjoying the opportunity to positively change the lives of a low-income family.

This program can also be combined with other optional components such as personality style profiles, team assessments, and pre and post training to make the experience even more lasting and valuable.
